Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of funnelxperts.com and any services provided by FunnelXperts. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
FunnelXperts provides GoHighLevel CRM setup, automation, and related digital services to business clients. All work is delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Services
The scope of services is defined individually for each client via a written proposal or service agreement. Services described on this website are illustrative of our capabilities and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
FunnelXperts reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.
Payment Terms
- Project work — A deposit is required before any build commences. The balance is due upon completion and before final handoff unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Retainer services — Billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
- Late payment — Work may be paused on accounts overdue by more than 7 days. FunnelXperts reserves the right to charge reasonable interest on outstanding balances.
- Refunds — Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, deposits may be refunded at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables produced under the agreed scope of work — including GoHighLevel workflows, automation sequences, website pages, and documentation.
FunnelXperts retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. We will never disclose confidential business data in any case study or portfolio content.
Any frameworks, methodologies, or proprietary processes used in delivery remain the intellectual property of FunnelXperts.
Confidentiality
FunnelXperts treats all client business information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client data, systems, strategies, or operations to any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law.
Clients agree to keep any proprietary FunnelXperts processes, frameworks, or documentation confidential and not share them with third parties.
Results Disclaimer
FunnelXperts builds systems designed to improve lead capture, follow-up, and operational efficiency. However, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes — including but not limited to revenue growth, lead volume, search engine rankings, or advertising performance.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, traffic quality, and business operations. Case studies on this website reflect real client outcomes but are not a guarantee of similar results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunnelXperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
Retainer Termination
Retainer services are month-to-month with no lock-in. Either party may terminate a retainer agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Work in progress at the time of notice will be completed or wound down cleanly within that period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period on termination.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, feedback, and approvals required for project delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines. FunnelXperts is not liable for delays resulting from late or incomplete client input.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, data, or materials provided to FunnelXperts for use in their project.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by local law in the client's jurisdiction. Clients in the US and Australia acknowledge that local consumer protection laws may also apply to them.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
