Terms of Service

By engaging FunnelXperts for services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

FunnelXperts provides CRM setup, AI automation, marketing, website design, and related services for local service businesses. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work begins.

Service fees are due as specified in your proposal. Failure to pay on time may result in paused or suspended work. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. FunnelXperts retains rights to general methodologies, workflows, and templates. Third-party platform accounts (GoHighLevel, etc.) remain subject to those platforms' own terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary account access. Delays caused by clients do not entitle clients to refunds or extensions without agreement.

FunnelXperts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed through the termination date are due and payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
